A Message from Our Principal

Dear St. Mary Community,

The Crusaders are back and I hope our loyal and outstanding fans are ready to cheer them on for another year of football. This football season promises to be a good one and I am excited to be a part of the experience. I encourage and welcome both our students and parent community to come out to support the team and seize the opportunity to enjoy this great game.

In my third year as the Principal of St. Mary, I am privileged to be serving this exceptional community, which not only has a proud tradition of academic excellence but also takes pride in providing thriving athletic and co-instructional programs.

First and foremost, I want to acknowledge the football coaching staff that is entrusted with the awesome responsibility of guiding our fine young athletes to grow in body, spirit and mind. They have spent countless hours over the summer and during the last couple of weeks dedicating their time to ensure that our football program and students are prepared for their games.

Parent support is essential and as a Catholic school we respect the relationship that exists between the home and school. Building trusting relationships with our parents is vital and we are blessed and fortunate to have a vibrant Parent Booster Club. The members of the Parent Booster Club have taken time out of their busy lives to ensure that our boys are well nourished and they also support the team by coordinating a variety of activities.

As you peruse this programme you will also note the community support that we receive, and we are most grateful for the many patrons and sponsors who are listed in this programme.

Lastly, thank you to all the Crusader fans that include students, parents, grandparents, friends, and guardians. May God bless you and I wish both our Junior and Senior Football teams the best of luck this season!

Sincerely,

Michael Gravina

Principal
